Printing Press 545 by Hawthorn suitable for the following:

This printing press is driven by the lower roller through an enclosed gearbox. All rollers and shafts are on bearings and the press has an enclosed gearbox giving a ratio of 4:1 making for a very smooth printing action.

There are two vernier scales for top roller pressure, both can be seen from the operators side enabling the pressures to be easily read and set, The top handles are very easy to use to set the pressure even if your grip is not so strong.

The printing press bed is made of a light green coloured synthetic, which is a very hard material.
